Over the past fifteen years, I have a moderate to serious runners. This was not something I had planned on focusing on. It has evolved from jogging a few miles a week to increase my aerobic capacity now completed my first marathon. Before me, the host running, I thought the people running the marathon were nuts! I heard a statistic or less than 1% of the population has never completed a marathon. At that time I never thought I would never part of 1%. NowI did, I think most people can do if they choose to.
Make no mistake, I'm not threatening to win the event, or set a local record. I just found rewarding challenge for me and my physical ability to expand to more than once, I had thought of doing. Let's just say I'm proud insisted halftime before the winner at the finish. No matter how fast a runner is absolutely essential to maintain an exercise program. With my running waterproof overalls, gloves, hat and shoes, I can keep in training items. This is incredibly important to me as I walk on the treadmill at home in fear. Having the right equipment keeps me warm and comfortable to ride in one move. I'm like most runners would be much better than a beautiful sunny day, but to keep in shape during the wintercertainly much easier with the right equipment.
With a dress in flowing water, breathes well, is helping to keep you dry both rain and sweat. Waterproof running shoes are jumping on top of my list, because my feet dry, to keep them in the pouring rain, not the provision of a puddle and get me. Keep your feet dry reduces the possibility of bubbles or other problems. Before using waterproof running shoes, I run with my lightest pair of running shoesin the rain as it would go faster than heavier pairs. I only had two pairs, there would be several days of rain, I had to break the hair dryer to speed up the drying process. Waterproof running shoes are definitely the way to go.
While my local gym treadmill fantastic, cardio equipment and TV is busy for me. Running on a treadmill is similar to golf on the practice. We are experiencing a sense of fulfillment and withstand the elements, the motherNature throws at you. It strengthens confidence and raises awareness of how the body reacts under these conditions. This is an incredible resource to have on race day.
Running in the rain is not my first choice, like water but with the right gear I still have my workouts and record all important miles.
